Sadly our constitution did not pass the vote but regardless democracy has chosen a different system, and the chosen system is also a democratic one. Well it should be but there is only 1 government seat per 9 voters in the election, and if we have roughly the same numbers as the previous vote (11 voters) that is 1 government seat.

Thats not a democracy, one person having absolute control of the city, even if he is elected. But its the system you voted for, so for now I'm here to tell you why you should vote for litteraly anyone other then Kevalalajnen for office.

He turned Aytos into a dictatorship

For starters Kevalalajnen was a member of the royalty that the New Ayatian Order overthrew. To make you understand why he was overthrown lets look at the constitution he enforced. Some highlights of this constitution include

• Him and Pavel having the only and final say in all laws

• The ability to fine anybody 10d or keep someone pearled for one month, no trial

• The ability to kick anyone he wants out of town with no say from the public

• Land can be reclaimed by the kings for any reason and the owner can fuck himself.

On top of this shitty constitution that kevalalajnen wrote he also moved everybody from our old subreddit /r/civcraftaytos to /r/Aytos. The reason being is because me and madeofmeat are mods on /r/civcraftaytos while he and pavel are the ones on /r/Aytos. When it happend the entire town expressed disinterest in moving to a new sub but Kev still did it.

You think with absolute power kev would at least try to fix things, no he did nothing other then trying to enforce his monarchy on the people. He didn't encourage new friends to settle, he didnt try to rebuild the city, start build projects or even trade. He sat their tried to enforce his control and that all he did.

You may think this was a plan to try and force a revolution, to start a revolution as a way to get people to log on. If that were the case then why did Kev and Pavel log on and try to pearl all members of the revolution and when Kev was pearled he posted a 500d bounty on me. Thats right, he actively tried to prevent others from overthrowing him and when his authority was questioned he posts a huge bounty on them. Not to mention that after the revolution occurred and it was evident that he had no authority he refused to help the city in anyway, Kev flat out refused to do any work.

If turning the town into a tyrannical monarchy isnt reason to not vote for him their is much more.

Grundeswald literally took over the town a few years ago, when it regained independence they still fucked with us from time to time. So obviously a nations former conqueror make good people to ask for support. If he did it once, how can we be trusted to not do it again.

He is Imperialist

Summer of last year their was a major land debate around the ownership of a few islands around the Aytos main land. The islands didnt want to part of the Aytos federation. Their reasonings were

• One of them existed before Aytos and was never apart of the federation to begin with but was forced to be part of it

• Another was in land the federation was never using, had no plans for its use

• The last one didn't want to be part of the shit show of 2.0 Aytos drama and government

Kev fought tooth and nail to keep these islands part of the federation even though its inhabitants didnt want to, and half of Aytos agreed. There is being vigilant about land claims but when you claim owned land and try to call it your own that is not the proper way for it, that island in question was allies with Etherium, the most powerfull city in 2.0 and the owner of the island threatened war many times in mumble to Kev.

Also when another island declared independence I signed the declaration of independence and Kev tried to sue me. Yeah he and another player sued me for treason, the case was dropped because I didn't technically break the law. Also for reference all the posts kev made on the issue were deleted while the posts made by others on the subject stayed. So Kev is willing to cover up the truth.

Then months after these debates happens with the islands and a previous government makes them free Kevs monarchy claims them again. No treaty is safe when Kev is power

Misc things

Kev has done some other things, each one while minor are still worth noting.

This quote

Him claiming the Aytos rail station and declaring it his property. He also threatened anyone who tried to make it city property and threatend to pearl anyone who made changes to the rail station.

Kev is prone to druken rampages, As our leader he may say or do something that will screw the rest of us over.

Many times after being elected he goes inactive

Closing Remarks

Kevalalajnen has shown time and time again he is not a suitable leader. If he is able to gain THE SOLE SEAT OF GOVERNMENT he will abuse its power or fuck over the rest of the town. Im not going to say "Vote for me instead because im perfect" because thats not true (although im preety close to it).

Even if you dont agree with me politically and will never vote for me consider the point of this post and please consider kev's past history when you vote.
