I’m tech savvy, but don’t know how to code or the in/outs of coding and programming. My idea, is a watch like the Agents wear in the Division.
I know I can’t make it 3D project and such. But, I was thinking of starting with a GPS watch, the Garmin Forerunner 945 after a bit of googling, and seeing if it’s possible to code a custom OS/UI to make it more Division-like. I’m definitely looking for tips/advice.
My ideal finished product would have: an orange backlight/ring of light, a turnable outside ring on the watch chassis (idk what it’s called) to access different parts of/use the UI, GPS (obviously), and that ISAC style voice to read aloud to me.
I’d love some feedback about how plausible this is, and what I would need to get it done. I.e. I understand I’d need a new chassis/frame for the watch if I wanted to convert it from button operated to turn operated, and could probably 3D print one. Thank you I’m advance.
