Rant - why isn’t there an app that gives me on demand expertise like a call center for experienced professionals.
Post Body

One day I want expert help making a good latte using the breville barista express. No I don’t want a terrible YouTube video that skips the details that I want someone to just tell me they know works. Another day I want help with a an AWS question. No I don’t want to read 9000 pages of documentation that give me pieces of information that’s hard to put together when I can just have someone more experienced just tell me how to get this tiny step done. And on the weekend, what if I want someone to help me underwrite a commercial real estate loan instead of looking up a YouTube video that skips over half the steps you need to know to actually do it.

There’s a ton of single use marketplaces for expertise but it takes a while to schedule and I don’t necessarily need 1.5hrs and spend $450 for usually small questions.
