Hello! Planning to move to Siargao soon

Where's the best part to live in? I'm planning to rent/rent to own (idk if rto arrangements still exist though) a gated 2 bedroom house. I also prefer to cook so I can handle being away from restaurants and I'm assuming na there'll be a market nearby.
I have lots of pets, mostly cats. No vehicle but I might buy a motor there na.
