fellow sia lovers,

I’ve seen some recent discussion on a thread about how sia’s music has changed since her oldies (ex, some people have real problems.) Here are my thoughts, please share yours after!

Firstly i wanna preface this by saying that sia’s music has touched my life (as im sure she has yours) and i’m so happy that she’s in a happier place!

I think that when life was tough for her, she fully embodied the pain into her music, not only in her lyrics, but her vocals as well. There’s strain to it that really shows when she belts, which is why it sounds good. And having this voice dance over such intense and clever lyrics......perfect.

And I don’t mean that someone can only create good art when he/she is in pain...but sometimes it can really be the best art.

Of course I would much rather have Sia be in a great place for the sake of her happiness than be in a tragic state with her old kind of music. She will always be producing art.

So yeah,.. I miss Sia’s old music.
