I'm getting some form of error on every non-PC device in my house - two TCL/Roku TVs, my phone, and a Vizio TV - currently "Channel is not available in your country!" 3425-403000-000.
When I use my mobile connection it works fine, and when I access Shudder on my PC it works fine. I'm sure there's nothing wrong with my home connection (on my end, at least) that should cause this - I even turned off AdGuard to see if blocking an ad server was somehow causing the issue.
I'm not using a VPN on the devices I'm trying to access Shudder (all TVs) nor have I ever used a VPN to get other content on Shudder, so I'm not sure what would cause this, unless shudder is entirely confused about where my IP is pointing.
I've used Shudder for years with no issue. Not sure what's going on. Not having issues with any other services.
Edit: I'm guessing it was on Shudder's side - I let support know I'd done everything I could and they forwarded my request to technical support - a day later, it was fixed.
From what I can assume, my IP was lumped into a list of "out of country" IPs, or maybe they thought I was using a VPN or something. On my phone, I'd fail the initial check in my Wifi, but I could go to mobile, get into the app, then stream on Wifi with no issues, so that initial check was the sticking point.
