"Unlock every character and level"

Ive been trying to find cheats/codes to get all the characters and levels in this game, but the ones Ive been finding have all been wrong, except for the "unlock all challenges" cheat and the pizza secrets. Is there an easy way to get all the characters/stages? Also, how do you even get stages without cheats? The game doesnt tell me.
