Hund's rule: every orbital in a subshell is singly occupied with one electron before any one orbital is fully occupied, and all electrons in singly occupied orbitals have the same spin.
Practically it means that the first man virtually occupies all the spots, while the second man entering the urinal must occupy the most distant unit unless … both men have the opposite spin.
Only under this condition total energy is kept low enough to prevent ignition.
It also explains the mess in public urinals.
Makes no sense. I never spin while peeing. Except when i 360 noscope. Or when i peed off a carousel. Or when drunk.
