The deluxe edition is $35 on sale and I'm debating getting it. I know it's like a more mil-sim type of game than like COD or Battlefield, I have DayZ on PS4 and Onward on my Oculus if that helps. I've been interested in it for a while and wanna give it a try. I've been interested into shifting into more serious shooter games that aren't just run and gun like COD, and I know that Insurgency is a quite detailed game which I like. I don't know too much about it, but it looks like a fun game. Is $35 worth it? How intense is a usual match? How hard is it for a newbie to get the hang of things? Are there good options for solo play? What do the weapons feel like?
