[WSIB] Games that will get me emotionally attatched to a big cast

The title is a little vague so I'll try to get a bit more specific here. I'm trying to find games that will let me get to know a lot of characters and become attatched to them so I might end up sad when they die later.
Things kind of like Persona 5, Red Dead Redemption 2, Firewatch, To the Moon, The Last Of Us One, and the Telltale Walking Dead games.
Gameplay is important of course, I'd prefer J/RPG or Strategy, but I'll take anything I can get really.
