What PS4 game should I buy next? Looking for a great story

Looking for a game with a great story. I'm usually into rpgs, action rpgs, and action adventure games. Dislike platformers and most open world games. Favorites include mass effect, last of us 1 2, and control. Disliked God of War.

Kinda intrigued with nier, same with persona but I generally cringe at most anime (although I like attack on titan and dbz). Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

If you’re even a LITTLE intrigued with Nier, you should try it. One of my favorite stories in a game, plus kickass gameplay. And it’s a Japanese game but I wouldn’t group it with anime
