SIB Super Mario Party while it's on sale

I really like party games in general some of my favorites being jackbox, duck game, mario kart, and smash. I just really enjoy the fun chais with friends. Mario party always looked fun but I didnt want to pay 60 for it. It's on sale for 40 right now and I just want to know if I should get it or just wait for the new one. I know they both have different boards and minigames so one doesnt make the other obselete.
