BL3 super deluxe edition for 50 dollars?

I'm still a bit on the fence about buying this but I noticed that the full game with all dlc plus season pass is on steam for 50 bucks which I feel like is a steal. I did play borderlands 2 and I enjoyed it quite a lot. I didnt like much of the gun play sometimes, but that was solely due to outdated gameplay not that style itself. I dont care about the poor story and acting, I care about hours of content that is enjoyable and fun. Is this game with dlc bound to give me hours of content and a fun play through?
