Cities in Motion ALL DLC is on sale for $10 right now.
I have been playing SIM games since the original Sim City and SimTower and I love them. Picked out TTD when that came out and now I fool around with OpenTTD or Simultrans occasionally but would absolutely love a game that utilizes that concept while using modern technologies. I was also considering Cities Skylines but then I read that it's more of a design game than a management game save for some traffic management.
I just dropped around $1k for a custom build (and for the first time in my life I am able to have a "current" PC!!) and a couple AAA titles like Battlefield 1, Titanfall 2 and also thinking of getting Rainbox 6 Siege so I have to be a bit frugal with the rest of the purchases but this Autumn Sale is just too good so I have to make sacrifices somewhere.
