Similar Fire Emblem game in terms of depth?

Bought Unicorn Overlord a few months back and absolutely fell in love with it. Reminded me a lot of Fire Emblem. Have not yet tried any of the Fire Emblem games in Switch

So my question is: which among the Fire Emblem games in Switch would you recommend? Hoping for one that has the same or even a greater level of gameplay depth than Unicorn Overlord.

Note: By gameplay depth I mean: - Number of available classes - Customization of equipment - Customization of skills (if there's such a thing in Fire Emblem, can't remember much now since the GBA ones are the only ones I've played)
