Should I buy Stardew Valley?

Post Body
One of my all-time most played game is Terraria and I have decent hours in Minecraft too. My favorite parts of those games were the exploring and spelunking with a nice sense of progression. Unfortunately I don't have a PC anymore
Would Stardew Valley be able to capture any of that sense? If not are there any games available on PS5 with a sense of relaxed exploration and spelunking with minimal threat/risk similar to Terraria or Minecraft?
