Thinking of picking up one of these during the Steam sale. Which one offers more value for the sale tag?

Here’s some other questions that relate to this:

1) Which game has more of an active playerbase for multiplayer and co-op? I don’t really plan to play either if I’m gonna be playing solo for story and would much rather play with friends or randoms.

2) Which has more of a polished feel and optimized look to it? I don’t run a high-end PC but I was able to play Wildlands a lot before and it was fun.
