Hey everyone!
I’m torn. I walked into the store today deadset on the Retay. I’ve been there every single day this week and picked up the same 3 guns: SBE3, Masai Mara, and the Affinity 3.5.
I cut it down to two, the Franchi and the Retay. I was about to pull the trigger on the Retay and then I picked up the Franchi again.
Does anyone have anything they could say that could potentially sway me in one direction? The fit is pretty similar, I liked the rail on the Franchi more than I liked the Retay. Am I losing anything by going with the cheaper Franchi? Is the benelli “click” an issue on the Franchi?
I don’t think I could go wrong with either one, I’m cool with the price tag of the Retay. I’m wondering if I’m putting too much thinking into the price tag of these guns.
Any thoughts?
Edit: I want to add that I’m only going to be hunting waterfowl with my new shotgun and occasionally shooting targets.
