SX4 Loose choke

Have a new SX4 with less than 200 rounds thru it. Picked up a set of the Carlson Cremator chokes for it, have been trying the MR one out at the sporting clays course. After about 4-5 shots it loosens up about a quarter turn more or less. Doesn’t seem normal, and potentially harmful to the threads. Is the tube defective? Anything I can do to alleviate? I’m locking it down snug with a choke wrench. Not sure what the deal is.

Edit: Purchased the Invector Plus chokes, listed as compatible with all of the SXx variants.
