Hello, I am looking into doing a ar410 non nfa build. Virgin ar15 lower, buffer tube only and 12.5 inch upper. Like the one in the pic minus the brace of course. I am having a hard time finding a company that will cut my 410 barrel down to 12.5 from 18.5. Is this doable by myself with hacksaw or cut off tool? What about re threading barrel? Thank you
