There will never be another retail wave like we saw we GME

Post Body

I firmly believe that the retail wave that we saw with GME will never occur again.

The majority of the short squeeze posts I see on this sub are just retail pumping and dumping on retail.

GME had the element of surprise being the first, it had the elements of being undervalued, and it had the element of being the focus of retail investors.

Many people don't understand how hard it is to invest in a stock with heavy short interest from big players. Big players and MM have the money to wait out any short term pain, and they have the liquidity to apply selling pressure to scare small traders out of their positions.

Any short squeezes now have to go back to what they have always been, which are value plays with heavy short interest.

Short sellers now know a run like GME can happen, so they can watch these posts, plan their trades, and suppress any that have a chance.

I hereby declare the retail short squeeze to be dead.💀

Congrats to those who made money on the original GME run, because it will not happen again. Not even for GME. It's done.

Yeah I kinda agree with you there especially with the 120 million share dilution. It’s kind of hard to believe any kind of squeeze thesis there after that. But you never know GameStop was wrapped up in all kinds of weird fucking derivatives overseas swaps and honestly I don’t think those are those deep out of the money PUTS that were saying GameStop was going to go to zero dollars will ever print and that could be what’s keeping GameStop on a repeating algorithmic cycle. I honestly have no idea what’s going on with GameStop, it so heavily fucking manipulated behind-the-scenes nobody fucking knows what was going on.

😂😂😂 I’m pessimistic about GME after dilution but even I don’t buy the OP’s narrative

GME is done? 💀 didn’t it nearly go parabolic 2X just weeks ago before the 120 million ATM offers?

Because he sold out shareholders to the shorts letting them escape their short obligations because we wouldn’t sell. He undermined 3 years of a 75 million DRS effort with a 120 million dilution (if that’s not a fuck you to shareholders then I don’t know what is) and on top of that got rid of all the pressure building up to not one but 2 massive gamma ramps about to go parabolic when he had no reason gather cash. Especially since he had already done a dilution weeks earlier. That shit is weak. What is he? Trying to be like Aaron Adams here diluting the shit out of the float for no reason?
