I ordered a table a month ago using my Lazada Wallet, it was never delivered the week of mainly because of the typhoon, but two weeks passed by after that initial date and it never came in.
Lazada then told me the order failed and refunded me my Wallet credits, Ninjavan even remarked that they lost the package.
Now I just got an email that Ninjavan is now attempting to deliver it TODAY. My girlfriend told me a similar story but that was for a much smaller item. Ninjavan apparently tried to charge her for the item but managed to convince them that she now has no use for it because she already bought a different but similar item. My main concern now is my socially inept ass possibly having to deal with this situation... all I need to say is that I don't need that table anymore right?
I don't want to ride on the hate train too hard, mainly because yeah the typhoon definitely messed with their logistics. I had an Amazon order came in through them and they delivered that ahead of schedule,

The rider was actually very courteous, he was annoyed at first because he wasn't able to contact me for an hour (No idea why, I didn't receive any notifs at all). But when I mentioned it was already refunded he just told me to send him a screenshot/picture of it on Lazada then he went on his way.
