Best bang for your buck travel places after Covid

I’ve heard of people starting to book flights and plan vacations. What would you think would be the best bang for your buck place to travel to? I had planed Thailand in November for my birthday but I’m not sure if that will happen now.
I’m open to suggestions and don’t have any specific guidelines, except maybe somewhere w a beach and delicious street food
Edit: I meant what place would be best to travel to AFTER covid.
