Flight student here, im apart of a flight school and we took some planes down to florida for some training. on our way down the spinner broke off our plane just like the picture above. they just brought one from another plane and fixed it in about an hour. two days after it happened again exactly like before. i am not a mechanics gal, and no one’s telling my anything about it haha so i was wondering why this happened and how it happened twice. our mechanic said he’s only seen it happen twice. Would love some insight!!
