I call it the sweet potato plate

Idek where to start, went to Whole Foods and got some Japanese sweet potatoes, baked em and sliced them once they were soft and sautéed them with olive oil n honey and doused some cumin n paprika on em. Sautéed some mushrooms and put some hummus on the side. I’m not even vegan lol
