Help a site about sinkholes does not work

Hi you nerds!
I find sinkholes funny and scary at the same time, I got some sites recomended to me, but they dont work.
sinkhole.paloaltonetworks.com and sinkhole.junipernetworks.com
The eggcellent site https://www.isitdownrightnow.com/sinkhole.paloaltonetworks.com.html has shown that the site has been down for some time now.
Since I have an account at work with the firewall company I have sent them an emergency ticket.
But they have not responded within the SLA... What else can I do?
