We all know Nice Peter is extremely intelligent, and would be frustrated at how no kids these days know how to spell Nietzsche.We see in this line Nietzsche spelling his own name. That is what the entire series was building up to.
Also note that Peter did a rap battle for Nickelodeon's Spongebob Out Of Water movie, which would be the hook to get more kids into the series, just before they released this battle. Any rap battles ERB will make after this are meaningless filler until they eventually teach kids how to spell Benedict Cumberbatch.
