Should he have sent her nude pics? Probably not, since if she did this she was probably off-putting before.

Should she have showed them to every person that knows him? Nope. That's a retaliatory attack of embarrassment instead of addressing the issue. In the worst case that he was harassing her, she should've taken it to his direct supervisor or the police.

I like how in each of his "Should"s, the woman is still wrong. Totally fair.

Couldn't she be found guilty of the same crime he committed? She also showed unwanted nude pictures of someone to other people. It just wasn't nude pictures of her.

I think they could get her on distributing pornography to minors, if she did indeed show the pics to some of the kids. Maybe defamation of character as well, but that would be a civil suit, not criminal.

I hope this guy's law firm is accepting cases.
