Snagged an order for 7pm drop-off. First I could get all week. Member is completely unresponsive. I get 40 minutes into the order and she responds "I already got my groceries an hour ago."
I responded "oh goodness, that's bizarre! Let me reach out to support!"
"I'm calling support now to tell them what you're doing!"
Uh, what I'm doing? I'm trying to figure this out, but OK.
Support says she placed two identical orders. They canceled mine.
So now I get $5 for an hour of work, no chance of tip, and probably no pay this week. 🙃
