New to this sub but not to Shipt. Just curious if anyone has ever gotten the same email I got today.
I’ve been doing Shipt on and off for about a year and just recently started shopping more full time. Just got an email today saying I was deactivated as of next Wednesday and the decision is final and I’m not eligible to reapply. I’m just baffled because there was no reason given and when I replied to the email it was an automated reply saying they can’t guarantee a response. Shopper help said it’s not their department and they don’t have access to the same records as shopper success.
To my knowledge, I can’t think of anything I did that was inappropriate or violated any terms of use. I do multiple orders sometimes but from what I understood, that’s not in any violation. I’m just really confused because this was a good way to make extra money that is desperately needed.
Any help or advice is appreciated.
