I'm a shopper but also occasionally utilize the service as a customer. Today I got a fucking psycho shopper. For starters my order was over an hour past the delivery window. Got no introduction from the shopper just an on the way text. I told her a heads up that she was shopping the order would have been nice. She proceeds to tell me I'm being rude and I know it. I told her she was unreceptive of feedback and defensive. So then she lets her boyfriend come up to make the delivery and ask me was I the one being rude by phone. I told him I was not rude and he proceeds to curse at me and threaten to hit me. Fucking psychos. Don't worry. They've been reported to support. I'm forgiving of a lot of things except for when the shopper is a nut job. Also you're not even supposed to have other people with you when you're making deliveries. Thank god for my ring camera.
