Can anyone share their clear save file of shining resonance refrain so i can play hard mode?

apparently hard mode requires a clear save to select.
I tried using a hex editor to change the difficulty. it seems the game trakc difficulty as a system wide setting in Profile/Delta/Saves/SYSDATA.DAT at address 69612 [0x10FEC] with 2 being easy mode, and 1 being normal mode, but setting it to 0 does nothing, so i guess difficulty is hard coded requiring a clear save. >:(
