How did Zeke know WHEN Grisha stole the Founding Titan?

I was rewatching ep 79 (Memories of the future). In the part where eren and Zeke are in grisha's memories and see him locate the Reiss chapel years before he actually took the founder, Zeke says that's it's impossible cause Grisha stole the Founding Titan on the day the wall(Maria) fell. How does he know that? Obviously there's no one who told him about it in the story. Did eren tell him when they met him marley? Or he was already scrolling through grisha's memories before eren woke up in the paths. What's your take?
