I am writing to report an unexpected issue I encountered while using Kodi this afternoon.

Within a minute of starting a video, it abruptly paused, and the application became unresponsive, preventing me from using any controls.

Despite uninstalling and reinstalling Kodi and attempting different video sources, the problem persisted.

This issue is particularly concerning as the application was functioning flawlessly earlier in the day without any additional add-ons or modifications.

I am using an Nvidia Shield Pro on a Samsung QLED TV. Kodi works flawlessly on my Fire TV in the living room, so I suspect the issue may be related to the Shield, although I cannot identify the specific cause.

I would appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this matter.
