Issues connecting intiface to shibbydex

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to connect it. I have the server running on intiface and my toy connected, lovense app isnt open and it wont connect it just says on intiface no client found.
Wondering if anyone could help me out of how to do it ? Tried following all the steps on the guide but none of that works either.
