I returned 10 items from an order for SHEIN (within the time frame of return allowance) and although the package got to their warehouse, I only got refunded for only one item out of the ten, the rest of the items say ānot arrived to warehouse yetā online under return details.. even though through tracking the package, it says that it has arrived to the destination. So where is the other $98 that Iām missing from this return?
On top of that, from the same order, they took even more money from me. Like they charged me for the $98 that they wonāt refund me after returning all the items.
Itās really frustrating because I canāt get a live agent or live representative to talk to me via chat, thereās no customer service phone number or email, thereās only a robot that says the same unhelpful thing over and over again. Why wont anybody help me?!?
