When playing Triples, Shedinja has the opportunity to use any of these Doubles Strategies, which are often quicker to set up yet also easier to take down by sheer numbers of opponents. The best way to use Sheddy in Triples in my opinion is this team here.

Sturdy Shedinja is very easy to set up in triples, and with the correct speed stats on everyone, you can set up very quickly and cover most threats.

Turn 1, Carbink uses Trick Room, Shedinja and Audino both use Protect. Turn 2, the speeds are set up so that Audino moves first (94 Spe) and uses Simple Beam on Shedinja, which changes its ability to Simple which doubles all stat changes. Shedinja (95 Spe) uses Swords Dance, giving him 4 Atk. Carbink (96 Spe) uses Skill Swap to trade Sturdy with Shedinja’s Simple. By turn 2, you have a 4 Sturdy Shedinja in a Trick Room. Turn 3, Audino uses Thunder Wave to paralyze Shedinja, Carbink can use Safeguard or Explosion or whatever else you decide to run. Now Shedinja can finish setting up Swords Dance and start hitting everyone, Carbink can use Toxic on things like Garchomp with Rough Skin. If you want to include the Thundurus, Trevenant, and Mandibuzz mentioned in the Doubles Strategy guide, they all make great supportive teammates for Sturdinja.
