Got burned on eBay and bought a Executive that is broken. The adjustment knob (1-9) is seized and doesn't turn. Since the adjustment is seized the razor will not adjust. I'd like to pass this on to someone who can repair and enjoy the razor.
Condition: Gold plate is worn in areas and it looks like the prior eBay seller tried to use pliers to free up the collar. I'll snap some pics later and post PICS
