I wish to address some previous comments that I poorly phrased here on /r/Shave_Bazaar. Of course, anyone who purchases our products can do anything that they want with them; in fact, I encourage them to do so. My only concern as the owner of Barrister & Mann is to maintain the high quality and standards that I have set for my business and the products that we manufacture.

As a result of the course of business that took place between myself and /u/btafan, it seemed very much to me that he was attempting to act as an unlicensed distributor. While I was obviously mistaken, I was only attempting to protect my name and reputation and to guarantee the quality of my product. I would hope that any soap sold between customers would be handled with the same care that we use when shipping within the United States or abroad. We unconditionally guarantee the quality of every product that we ship. Our shipping prices are based on USPS First Class and 2-3 day Priority Rates with tracking which we have found to be the most cost effective and expedient. Their success rate for us has been 99.85% . The few packages that have been lost or damaged have been resent at our cost.

As a relatively new small business owner I may be a bit over-protective of my name and my products and I would hope that everyone would forgive my somewhat defensive response to /u/btafan's offer to resell the products overseas at such a low cost including the shipping. As far as he is concerned I would be more than happy to continue this conversation with him on this issue or any other.
