I'm sick of playing entire matches 5v6

It's happened more times than I can count where someone leaves right at the beginning of the match (often even before the match starts) and then my team or the enemy team is left playing the whole match 5v6, even if the match lasts 30 minutes. It's no fun playing at a huge deficit, or steamrolling the other team because they are missing a player. I find it hard to believe that there isn't a single person looking for a match over a 30 minute time period that can't fill in. This needs to be fixed.
