I just finnished my Shantae marathon, where I played every entry in order.. and I had a blast!
I just love Shantae, the story, the "rivalry" between Risky and Shantae, the goofy alies and over all humor.
But I do have one complaint; WayForward can't do boss fights.. they pose no real challenge, and are simply pure bullet sponges. The final boss in Seven Sirens was just boring, and uninspired even.
But that might just be me! 🤷
That's true.. I never reflected on that, and now that you mentioned it, I'm a bit more disapointed in them.. 🫣
Riskys Revenge and later games, I just activated Pike Ball and then hair whiped bosses like crazy (Max Pike Ball is OP! 😅)
Yeah. 😊 But among of the "spooky" songs, I orefer Rave in the Grave fram Pirates Curse. 😊 Or just Rottys theme. 😅

No.. because items does not really make the battles any easier..
Yeah.. not even the power ups we got was based on the sirens. 🤷

Agreed.. but worse of all, the dancing became 4 screen nukes.. instead the transformation came from a bunch of coins.. that we get no explanation to where they came from, or even why the Half-Genies (and Rotty) had them..
