Planning to attend for the first time next year. I originally considered buying an upgraded tent site but as I am a first timer travelling alone I am thinking I will join Stranger Danger in the Metta area. Do you reserve Metta ahead of time or just make that decision as you arrive?

I was also thinking of volunteering. I’m excited to experience the vibe of the festival but don’t mind much if I miss any given set as EDM is a bit out of my taste. I am planning to apply as a volunteer so I can get in early and grab a good site and also save a lot of money. Still a bit uncertain about volunteering though. So I plan to by a ticket Sept 15th and then resell (at cost) once my volunteering position is assured.

Do you folks see any holes in this plan?
