I know shamanic practices are powerful and can do a great deal of good. I've experienced it before while journeying. But I'm wondering how I can cure myself of my anxiety. I did some galdr (for those unaware of what the practice is, in my faith, galdr is the Norse pagan magical practice used by men, and it is performed by singing/chanting) then I journeyed and spoke to my dad who died last year. I had some kind of illness at the time that seemed like the common cold, but didn't match up to all the symptoms. After journeying, I woke up 16 hours later and felt 80% better. My question is how many different ways can a shaman heal, and how do I learn those other ways?
