Slow legendaries safe to vial?

With how the meta has accelerated to typically end by turn 8, do you all think slower cards are fine to vial?
For instance, it hurts my heart to even consider this since I climbed to Masters with Machina Shadow in SR, but Ferry is basically a Fighter with a flashy entrance now since games don't reach turn 10 often anymore. I've also considered scrapping Spartacus.
