Am I the only one that thinks that this expansion will skyrocket the vials that will make a meta deck?

Based on what I see Haven and Shadow are getting low cost legends and some (Snow White 2 1/2) are in very low cost. With this would every craft be Wallet craft-esque in terms of the vials?
