Spectator bug

- we have the host on friends list
- they did tick the "let friends spectate" option
- tried remaking room and restarting shadowverse(steam) and even tried joining on phone, it just says "spectator is not allowed"
- tried unfriending and adding friend back
- another person was able to join as spectator, but we still can't join
anyone experience this before?
