So I've seen several posts on this sub and various posts by artist and contributors on other sites, and most specifically the actual pictures of the cards posted teasing Edgezone.

Anyone who played the original game knows that all of the critical features presented on the cards look basically identical, and some of the cards are even still using all of the exact names, stats, art, and info from the original game.

That having been said, the official blurb indicates that they did some "rules tweaking" (the cynic in me assumes just enough to rule out compatibility with the older cards from the original game). I'm wondering if anyone has asked anyone from Catalyst point blank about this or if they have addressed it. I'm only subscribed to this subreddit for my SR content online and didn't want to create an account on the Catalyst forum just to ask.
