Looking for a place for a runner in 2072 to live

I have a cowboy hooder runner (shaman with The Lone Ranger [Wise Warrior] as his totem/mentor spirit) from the D/FW 'plex that moved to Seattle and dealt with a series of runs. Now he's looking for a place to live. I'm wanting Middle or High Lifestyle in a sort of rural area. Snohomish is out because it's more or less Humanis territory.
So, I'm open to suggestions.
