[SR5] Sustaining AOE spell on moving target

I understand "fixed" AOE spells can be moved with a complex action. Can I cast an AOE spell like Phantasm or Mana Barrier on a human target and have it move around with them, or do I need to manually move the spell as a complex action as they move outside the radius?
