So I am thinking about running Shadowrun for the group of friends I normally play rpgs with. Shadowrun was all of our first introductions to rpgs, but the DM flaked out before we did anything that wasn't a prewritten story.
I am working on designing a full campaign (With stops in Neo-Tokyo, Germany, and Aztlan) but need some help with interesting things to throw at them. I'm already setting up the main plot to be revolving around a rogue ai that a corp is hiring the runners to track down and retrieve. Appearances from cyber-zombies, nazi death camps, Renraku, a new cult of Otaku, and perhaps Deus himself are all planned, but I need some other things to throw at them.
I'm gonna have them start as established runners, throw them into another food fight before their johnson meetup, and then get to business.
